I encountered issues with the air conditioning. The unit did not function effectively, it made the room uncomfortably warm. Staff showed little interest in addressing the problem or providing a solution.

I had some issues, i gotta say. the room key didn't work all weekend. It was a total pain, constantly going up and down to get in! the tv didn't work either, and the window wouldn't close properly so the room was draughty. not great, not great at all. it felt unsafe standing outside while i waited for someone to open the door!
