central location friendly staff hotel cleanliness
i really enjoyed the central location. everything i needed was within easy reach. the staff were friendly and eager to assist with any request i had. i also appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel (it really shows).
The dessert i ordered wasn't quite as good as the main course. Perhaps i'll try something different next time.

The classic double room was spacious and well-decorated. It featured a comfortable bed with quality linens. the room included a mini-fridge stocked with beverages and snacks, available for purchase. the bathroom was clean and modern, with a powerful shower and complimentary toiletries.

the hotel is centrally located and close to many attractions. soho, regent street, and oxford street are a short walk away. piccadilly circus is about a 10-minute walk (easy to navigate).

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they greeted me with a smile each time i saw them. they seemed genuinely happy to assist with directions and recommendations.

i dined at the hotel's indian street food restaurant. the main course was fantastic with authentic flavours. the breakfast buffet offered varied options including cumberland sausages and freshly cooked eggs.

faulty unit unresponsive staff
The location is central and convenient for accessing major attractions.
I encountered issues with the air conditioning. The unit did not function effectively, it made the room uncomfortably warm. Staff showed little interest in addressing the problem or providing a solution.

faulty key draughty room
I had some issues, i gotta say. the room key didn't work all weekend. It was a total pain, constantly going up and down to get in! the tv didn't work either, and the window wouldn't close properly so the room was draughty. not great, not great at all. it felt unsafe standing outside while i waited for someone to open the door!
