i really enjoyed the central location. everything i needed was within easy reach. the staff were friendly and eager to assist with any request i had. i also appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel (it really shows).
The dessert i ordered wasn't quite as good as the main course. Perhaps i'll try something different next time.

I had some issues, i gotta say. the room key didn't work all weekend. It was a total pain, constantly going up and down to get in! the tv didn't work either, and the window wouldn't close properly so the room was draughty. not great, not great at all. it felt unsafe standing outside while i waited for someone to open the door!
